* After registering in AOCS, the system will issue a new Toranoana account ID which has been related to AOCS account ID. If you already have a Toranoana account ID, please input a different email address. Thank you.
At AOCS, if we identify the use of accounts with false registration information, we will immediately suspend those accounts. Additionally, in cases where products have been returned due to address discrepancies, we will cancel the corresponding orders and proceed with the refund process for the product price. Please note that refunds for "handling charge" and "shipping fee" cannot be provided in this case. We appreciate your understanding.
